On April 16th, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "List of Green and Low Carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Projects (First Batch)". The list shows that a total of 47 demonstration projects have been selected nationwide, and the intelligent upgrading technology transformation project of Yongfeng Lingang Company's advanced special steel industry base has been successfully selected.

It is reported that the selection of the "List of Advanced Green and Low Carbon Technology Demonstration Projects (First Batch)" was jointly carried out by 10 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Natural Resources, aiming to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, accelerate the demonstration, application, and promotion of advanced green and low-carbon technologies. After a series of selection and review procedures including project unit application, local audit recommendation, third-party organization evaluation, departmental and local review, and public solicitation of opinions, outstanding representatives of green and low-carbon advanced technology demonstration projects in the steel industry such as Yongfeng Lingang and Baosteel Group have been selected.
