Since its founding, Yongfeng has regarded fulfilling social responsibilities as a core mission and duty, reflecting a deep sense of national commitment and social care. In recent years, whether establishing long-term charity mechanisms, supporting public welfare and volunteer initiatives, creating employment, assisting employees in need, caring for the elderly and disabled, or funding educational programs—Yongfeng has consistently upheld its values of “Integrity and Resilience, Innovation and Sharing,” earning wide recognition and trust from society and employees alike.
In 2008, the company pledged “No Layoffs, No Pay Cuts, No Wage Delays.” Expanding on this foundation, Yongfeng introduced in 2015 a broader commitment: “Leave No Employee Behind, Push No Employee Aside.” These five promises have reinforced employee confidence and motivation.Yongfeng continues to improve employee benefits. In 2021, beyond raising contributions to social insurance and housing funds, the company added commercial medical insurance for employees and their children and established the Yongfeng Love Fund—forming a comprehensive “Seven Insurances and Two Funds” welfare model.
In philanthropy, Yongfeng has built a structured, scalable network by partnering with local charities. This includes a three-level support system: Charity Branch, Charity Office, and Plant-Level Workstations. Comprehensive policies and processes ensure transparency and efficiency.
Yongfeng also works with education foundations to support underprivileged students—both within the company and the broader community. In 2021, the company donated RMB 500,000 to the "Dayi Qihe" Education Fund to help more young people realize their academic dreams.
In recent years, these philanthropic efforts have earned widespread social recognition. The company has been honored for multiple consecutive years by the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, Municipal Charity Federation, and Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau with the "Most Caring Enterprise" charity award.
