On September 17, the Shandong Province "AI+" Innovation Application Work Conference was held at the Inspur Computing Service Industrial Park in Jinan. Pang Xiaonan, representing Yongfeng Lingang Company, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech.  

On January 26th, the Lean Management Backbone Training Program of Ansteel Lianzhong officially commenced at Yongfeng Lingang. Zhang Guoqiang, Chairman of Ansteel Lianzhong, along with leaders from relevant departments including the Product Manufacturing Department, Equipment Support Department, Procurement Department, Steelmaking Plant, and Hot Rolling Mill, attended the launch event.

This intensive five-day training program features a curriculum designed to be both professional and practical. It encompasses 13 core courses such as Building Efficient Lean Management, Training System Planning and Implementation, Cost Management Practices, Equipment Management Practices, and Intelligent Application Practices, comprehensively covering key aspects of production operations. The program innovatively adopts a multi-modal approach combining "Theoretical lectures + closed-book examinations + study reports + cascade training assignments." It aims to precisely cultivate a group of frontline management and technical backbones who are proficient in applying lean management tools and effectively solving practical problems on the production floor, thereby building a high-caliber talent pool equipped with both lean thinking and innovative awareness.
