Introduction to Hot Rolling Production Line


      The 2250mm hot rolling production line of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Yongfeng Lingang Co., Ltd. is a semi continuous hot-rolled coil production line with a designed production capacity of 5.5 million tons per year. It fully implements the technical policy of high efficiency, high quality, low consumption, and environmental protection, and adopts advanced steel rolling technology at home and abroad to roll continuous casting slabs into high-strength and high-precision hot-rolled thin strip steel with product specifications of 1.2-32mm thickness and 900-2100mm width.
     The production line adopts advanced and efficient hot delivery and double storage heating technology to reduce gas energy consumption; Adopting strong width determination, hot coil box, high-precision automatic control technology for thickness, width, and plate shape, to achieve the production of high-strength, high-precision, high surface quality, and thin specification products; Adopting ultra fast cooling technology to improve product performance and quality; By adopting an intelligent application platform for steel rolling and centralized control technology, we aim to comprehensively achieve intelligent manufacturing of hot-rolled plates and strips. The production line sewage treatment system adopts advanced integrated and dual cyclone secondary water treatment technology, which can efficiently treat production sewage to the new water index for recycling, achieving zero discharge of production sewage. Rolling dust control has introduced the German plastic fired plate dust removal process, with dust emissions reaching below 10 mg/Nm ³, far below industry emission standards.
