From July 8th to 9th, the rain passed and the wind came, the weather was cool, and Yongfeng Lingang banners and colorful flags fluttered. 105 newly recruited college students from 14 steel universities including Beijing University of Science and Technology, Anhui University of Technology, Liaoning University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, North China University of Technology, and Chongqing University of Science and Technology gathered in Yongfeng Port from 16 provinces.

On the day of registration, volunteers from various units formed a "welcome team" to greet new employees at high-speed railway stations, apartment buildings, catering centers, etc. They also prepared welcome brochures and provided full process registration and onboarding services for new employees. A detailed plan has been developed for the stages of "station pick-up, check-in, check-in and dining, meet and greet, training, and job development".

There are a total of 105 newly recruited college students, including 88 undergraduate students and 17 master's students, mainly majoring in metallurgy, materials, machinery, and electrical engineering. In order to assist new employees in completing their role transition from students to corporate employees as soon as possible, the company will conduct a 25 day onboarding training for new employees, covering corporate culture, production processes, human resources, lean knowledge, career planning, time management, role awareness, and other content. The aim is to cultivate new employees' understanding of Yongfeng, adapt to the environment, and complete role transformation, guiding them to grow, mature, and succeed quickly in their future job positions, injecting new vitality into the company's development.
