The industrial wastewater and sewage treatment project of Shandong Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Co., Ltd. is located in the Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park of Qihe Economic Development Zone. Shandong Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Co., Ltd. plans to lease or purchase two sets of existing sewage treatment plants in the Yongfeng Iron and Steel Plant area as the sewage treatment plants of Yongfeng Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. The park's sewage treatment plants will no longer be constructed. The land area of the 1 # sewage treatment station is 6850 square meters, and the land area of the 2 # sewage treatment station is 5751 square meters, with a total land area of 12601 square meters. The processing capacity of the 1 # sewage treatment station is 10000 m3/d, and the sewage treatment process adopts "regulating tank+multi flow reinforced clarification tank+V-shaped filter tank+intermediate water tank+multi-media filter+sludge treatment system+self-cleaning filter+UF device+primary RO device+concentrated water RO device"; The treatment capacity of the 2 # sewage treatment station is 10000 m3/d, of which the MSBR biochemical treatment capacity is 4000 m3/d. The sewage treatment process adopts "coarse grid and regulating tank+fine grid and sedimentation tank+H/O/SBR sludge treatment system+regulating tank+flow strengthening clarification tank+V-type filter tank+intermediate water tank+multi-media filter+self-cleaning filter+UF device+primary RO device+concentrated water RO device".
According to relevant regulations such as the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects, the construction of this project must implement the environmental impact assessment system. Therefore, Shandong Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Co., Ltd. has entrusted Dezhou Environmental Protection Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment of the industrial wastewater and other sewage treatment projects of Shandong Derui Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Co., Ltd. After accepting the commission, the project team immediately organized personnel to conduct on-site survey and investigation at the location of the construction project, collected relevant project basic information, and formulated a monitoring plan. Shandong Dehuan Testing Technology Co., Ltd. was commissioned to monitor the current situation of the regional environment.
