Introduction to Rod and Wire Production Line
         The high-speed bar production line mainly produces hot-rolled bars, and the main equipment is manufactured by Westmark GmbH in Germany. The process configuration is at the forefront of the industry. The precision rolling mill adopts the unique Mel single pass rolling mill of Westmark with double 6 passes, and the high-speed steel loading device adopts a mature drum unloading method with high automation level. The advantage of a high-speed bar production line is its fast rolling speed, with a maximum speed of 45m/s. Production specifications range from 8mm to 25mm, mainly producing high-quality ultra-fine grain bar products. The rolling line adopts split double line rolling to improve product quality and meet the market's quality demand for small-sized straight bars.
         The production process technology, equipment manufacturing level, and automation control technology of the high-speed wire rod production line represent the leading level in the industry of high-speed wire rod rolling mills. The main equipment is produced by Italian company Danieli. The entire production line consists of a dual heat storage step heating furnace, roughing, intermediate rolling, and pre finishing rolling units, and is composed of alternating horizontal and vertical Bomini short stress line rolling mills. The engineering design adopts new technologies such as full line torsion free and tension free rolling, high-pressure water descaling, controlled rolling and cooling, and online detection of rolled pieces. It is a technology intensive production line that integrates modern steel rolling technology, CNC machinery, automation control, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and low-carbon environmental protection. The main products include variety steel, ultra-fine grain high-quality wire rods, and hot-rolled round bars for construction, with production specifications ranging from 5mm to 20mm/6mm to 16mm. The main types of steel include spring steel, welding wire steel, cold heading steel, bearing steel, high carbon hard wire steel, high-quality alloy steel, etc. It not only meets the market demand for large quantities of coil screws and plain carbon round bars, but also covers high-quality steel products with high added value and alloy ratio.
